EDI Design Service offers two types of plan sets to better serve your project needs.
Complete Plan Set
For only 65¢ per square foot of living (heated) space we will provide a Complete Plan Set as shown below.
Lite Plan Set
We have created a Lite Plan Set (35¢ per square foot) for many areas of the country. Most towns and counties do not require the detailing needed for construction as required in some states such as Florida or California and this is where the Lite Plan Set can be a saving to you.
Just mail, fax or e-mail us a simple sketch of your project and we will be pleased to provide you with a FREE estimate for your consideration.
Plan Review
Once we start working on the Complete Plan Set we perfer that the customer review the floor plan(s) and elevations before we proceed with preparing the details. Upon receipt of your comments we will complete the drawing package.
With either of the two Plan Sets, any reasonable additions or changes will be included in the basic agreement price.
Residential Designer
Our primary task is to furnish a set of house plans that is intended to assist you to manage construction for your new home.
Note: You should consider hiring an architect if you require someone to guide your project from blueprints to site management throughout the entire building process.
Drawing Copies
Completed drawings will be provided to the customer in a pdf format. The pdf file can be taken to Kinko's or any Re-Pro Center for printing of full size (24"x36") copies.
