Custom House Plans

EDI Design Service offers two types of project plan sets to better serve your needs.

COMPLETE PLAN SET

For only 40¢ per square foot of living (heated) space we will provide a complete Plan Set including 3D views, dimensioned architectural floor plans, elevations, foundation, sections, roof framing, details, and interior elevations, schedules, and electrical plans.

LITE PLAN SET

We have created a Lite Plan Set 25¢ per square foot for many areas of the country.   Many building departments across the country require only the architectural floor plans, and elevations for obtaining a permit.    We also include the 3D views for additional reference.

PLAN REVIEW

Once we start working on the Complete Plan Set we prefer that the customer review the floor plan(s) and elevations before we proceed with preparing the details.   Upon receipt of your comments we will complete the drawings package.
With either of the two Plan Sets, any reasonable additions or changes are included in the basic agreement price.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGNER

Our primary task is to furnish a set of house plans that is intended to assist you to manage construction for your new home.

Note:   You should consider hiring an architect if you require someone to guide your project through blueprints to site management and construction.

DRAWING COPIES

Completed drawings will be provided to the customer in a pdf format.   The pdf files can be taken to any RePro Center for printing of full D-size (24"x36") copies.
