House Plan Pricing
The complete set of plans costs 40¢ per square foot of living (heated) space, whereas the Lite Plan Set cost 25¢ per square foot of living (heated) space. Provide us with a simple sketch of your project and we will provide you with a free Project Agreement outlining the scope of work and the cost for your consideration.
Drafting Service Cost
Pricing for our service can be invoiced at an hourly rate or based on a fixed
"not-to-exceed" price.
Customer Satisfaction is of primary importance to EDI Design Service, Inc. and any reasonable additions or changes are included in the basic agreement price. Should the required changes be greater than what constitutes a normal update or revision, a renegotiation of this agreement with additional charges would occur.
Drawing Copies
Completed drawings will be provided to the customer in a pdf format. The pdf file can be taken to Kinko's or an Re-Pro Center to make full D-size (24"x36") copies.
